His diligence towards his brain child has enlisted KVP as among the "Top 20 Most Promising Businesses" by 'Silicon India' coupled with being listed among the "Top 10 Most Admired Companies to Watch for" by 'Insight Success'.

 

Prior to institutionalising KVP Business Solutions, Ajay has led key leadership roles in marketing and sales strategies for QuEST, Wipro and Pentafour. Ajay is a strong believer in Gandhian philosophy, a philanthropist and has put a strong pursuit in giving back to the society. His zeal earned him the "Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani" award from Citizen Integration Peace Society.

Vivek Mallya

Delivery Excellence Leader

Vivek’s passion for automation and experiences bring him to lead the delivery excellence practises at KVP Business Solutions. He majorly is responsible for the quality of technical delivery, dev-ops and competency development. Alongside, he also plays a major role in mentoring the team, providing knowledge in regards to new tools and technology within the Salesforce eco-system.

He offers over two-decade experience in Software development and Service delivery in MNC’s serving clients across multiple industries. He has hands-on experience in Python, Salesforce, DevOps and many more programming technologies. Prior to KVP, Vivek has led key leadership roles in Accenture and Aris Global

He is an alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.

Vivek has a ‘need for speed’ - an ardent biker, having a passion for cars, loves travelling and staying outdoors! Most importantly, he regularly participates in social initiatives.

Suresh drives the finance operations of KVP. As a head of finance, Suresh's focus is to align business growth plans with financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths. He will be providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. He will be advising on long-term business and financial planning. With his large experience, he will also be establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
 

Suresh brings over three decades of experience in the areas of Finance strategy, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Investor Relations, Large Deals structuring, M&A and Accounting.

He is a forward thinking professional and his ability to engage with people, consulting mind and experience is what helps us establish in ANZ markets.

 

Graeme comes with experience of supporting several technology firms for 30 years across global markets including San Francisco and London. He brings rich experience in Banking and Financial service industry, Retail, Hi-tech and professional services business. Previously, he was supporting global businesses like National Australia Bank, Insurance Australia Group, MYER, Dimension Data, ADP, HP and Hitachi. 

He is an MBA graduate from Anglia Polytechnic University (Essex, UK)
